the Pod::Perldoc tree, or is there a central one I should ask
for access to?
The only repository is the one for perl, to which few people have
access to (it's a Perforce repository). Usually people keep the
patches committed to perl with their own repository, and send patches
against bleadperl when they make a new CPAN release of the dual-lived
module. (Reading the perlhack manpage might help.)
