i've thought about doing it. TOC is such a simple protocol its
ridiculous. that's probably why i havent done it; its too easy. but it
would make a great project for someone wanting to learn how to write a
component.
i would advise against oscar. aol supports and cherish TOC. they search
and destroy oscar implementations. *shrug*
