Note that the statements about the component's properties are rather
code than docs. They have or should have well-defined semantics and are
to be treated like class declarations. Traditional docs are often ambiguous,
our parts are not. They just aren't Perl. Having these declarations
together with some describing text will give users a good design overview
of the component.
