What you want is JAAS::Application, part of the full set of JAAS (Just Another Application Server) modules. http://pied.nu/Perl/JAAS/ JAAS::Application has a README that should, with skill (on your part) and luck (on mine), get you oriented on how the pieces fit together. Documentation is spotty in places. Not for the newbie. However if I wait until I'm really happy with JAAS... it'll never be released! -Philip
