There's not much to document except the HPSF description. The rest is all in the 
javadocs.

Hey, why should we mind that? :-)

The POI Browser is at least very handy for development. Currently it makes a 
distinction between HPSF streams and non-HPSF stream. However, it wouldn't be hard to 
make it configurable in a sense that you can register a class for each POI document 
type you are interested in. And the class displays the stream properties you want to 
see.
