[VOTE] Development release soon

We've had a few changes go through lately and I'd like to make a new development release soon.

Please vote:

[ ] +0 (Don't care)
[ ] -0 (I'm a bit iffy about this)
[ ] -1 (no way!)

I'm preparation for this build I'd like to request that the committers tie up any loose ends and update the change log with anything of significance that's gone through since the last build.
