I'm preparation for this build I'd like to request that the committers tie up any loose ends and update the change log with anything of significance that's gone through since the last build.

All my crapopla is going into the elbrancho at the moment. Let me make sure the DBCELL/INDEX code is in. If thats in then that is like monumental. You don't know HOW slow a large sheet can load in Excel w/o that. I'll double check.
