I've thrown it into the FAQ and also put in code that if the format string
comes in as text (in any case) internally it thinks of it as "@".  Basically
text is an alias for @.  I've also updated the faq and quick-guide in
reference to data formats.  I didn't see anything right off dealing with the
other little features.  I plan on committing these changes after I get a
chance to look at the final documents and run all the tests.

Also the FAQ probably.  We might even want to change the lookup string
to "Text" instead of @..  Unless anyone has some compelling reason it
should be @.. . But i sure can't think of one... ;-)
