Thanks for the response Andrew.  Ok, understood.  Could you give any 
more details?  What exactly do you mean by "the OBJ record"?  What 
existing parts of the POI project would be used for this?  I read the 
excel file format PDF, searched google many many times, etc.. and I 
haven't seen anything about these form controls.  Any kind of leads you 
could give would be great.  Thanks again.
