That's the downside of JDK 1.3: You have much less character encodings
that with 1.4 or 1.5. You should either upgrade your JDK or modify your
document's property to not use a certain character encoding but use the
default encoding instead. However, this has its drawbacks if you or
someone else wants to read or modify the document in an environment with
another default encoding.
