Hrm, Ok. In Fedora land we don't allow for you to download things like gems during a package build process. We'd have to have tiddlywikicp already packaged in Fedora, and then the jpoker package would BuildRequire tiddlywikicp so that it can be used during the "build" process. I'm also a little concerned about the .zip file I found in the source archive. Typically this is frowned upon, and instead the java module would be listed as an external dependency, one that would also have to be packaged on it's own to be used during build or install.
