Best, This is caused mostly by M$ mailservers. M$ is known not to follow RFC's properly, and therefor it creates a 550 messgage whenever it receives a 450 message. Sender is faulty, not receiver. Also, RFC's state that sending party is responsible for proper delivery. Not the receiving side.
