No.

You may either use Polipo's built-in ad blocker, or use an external
redirector, or use a local DNS proxy. Sorry, I'm not planning to
parse /etc/hosts, although I might accept a patch to do that.
(Note the conditional, as I'm not going to accept code unless I'm
willing to maintain it.)
