I've noticed that if I download a page thru Polipo and then immediately try to redownload it, it will hit the server again. If I wait a while however and try to download the page, Polipo serves it from the cache. Since many requests are clustered together (e.g. testing, the back button, traffic spikes) it seems like this delay is a really bad idea. Any chance it could be fixed?
