We're not selecting by destination. We're selecting by *source*. The point is that we don't want to put any policy decisions into the routing protocol -- the upper layers choose the ISP by setting the source address of the packets being sent. > 2 $FW 0.0.0.0/0 tcp,udp imap, imaps That only works if you assume there's a NAT that will translate the source addresses. If there's no NAT, then ISP2 should shoot the packets sourced in ISP1's address ranges, according to BCP38. We're mostly aiming for IPv6. In IPv4, many of the use scenarios are solved by NAT. -- Juliusz ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Open source business process management suite built on Java and Eclipse Turn processes into business applications with Bonita BPM Community Edition Quickly connect people, data, and systems into organized workflows Winner of BOSSIE, CODIE, OW2 and Gartner awards http://p.sf.net/sfu/Bonitasoft _______________________________________________ Polipo-users mailing list Polipo-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/polipo-users
