Do either of you know of a good lawyer for free speech cases? I mean a damn good one. Because I would be declaring war on the entire country, the GOP, the so-called Patriots and possibly even individual congressmen and Bush himself. I think I am sitting on one of the biggest online free speech cases
I think I told both of you about how the government is keeping me from launching a website domain I registered, didn't I? I registered and own www.fuckamerica.us and they are keeping me from putting it online - claiming that the .us ccTLD has an official censorship policy. Indeed they do - you can't use the "heavy seven" in the domain name of any .us domain. I planned to make it a website against Bush and I succeeded in publishing a few nasty political cartoons about Bush before NeuStar shut it down - they say at the request of the USCC.
The .us ccTLD is operated by a private company called NeuStar, Inc. under the authority granted to it by the United States Commerce Commission. Its my position that they are violating my first amendment right to free speech and just because they retained a private contractor to carry out a government function, does not give them the ability to
Time is running out for me on this one - if I cant find someone to do it, I will have to do it myself. I will probably lose it if I have to run this to court myself as we all know the individual is no match for the billions of NeuStar and Congress's little goons.
