Strange...it is President Bush who is asking Congress for the money.

Rush Limbaugh is an *entertainer*, who much like the WWE
should have a legal disclaimer at the beginning of his show saying;

Do not try this at home.
These remarks are orated by highly paid professionals and should
not be attempted at home by amateurs.

I'm 100% certain that some idiots somewhere has in fact caused
someone else harm by what Rush has said over the years.
