This maniacal bailout is not bush'e idea.  It is Hank Paulson's.  he wants
to save all his WS buddies and their golden parachutes. No matter that it
wont work, and hopefully someone will go to fed court and challenge the
illegal gov't usurpation of private enterprise.  The blame is about 95% on
congress and 5% clinton's admin.
