In 2005 at a casino in Puerto Rico Republican presidential candidate John McCain allegedly exploded in anger when a woman playing at his craps table grabbed his arm because McCain wasn't keeping his arms above the table which is customary at craps. McCain got red faced and hollered out viciously to the woman "Don't touch my arm!" Then he yelled over and over again "Do you know who I am?" "Do you know I am?" I know who he is - a hotheaded jerk.
