Without the prerequisite position, on your part, you would be breaking
the Law.

I have given you none of those reasons, so if you did try to get my
Records, as you say "if you wanted to", then I would have you
prosecuted.

I guess such Records ARE in FACT Private, despite what YOU try to
assert.
