The NYTimes, as dominating a media force as it was in the past, has,
under the pucillanimous Punch Schultzberger, fallen into disgrace and
disrepute. Worse, its credibility has been destroyed and its financial
viability, therefore, is nearly ended. Bankruptcy is at hand. Good
riddance.
