Kat smiled back completely speechless for a moment.  She closed her hand around the crucifix for a moment.  She could feel a warmth flowing from it. Perhaps it was her imagination or perhaps part of her sight, or just some kind of mysterious magic.  Whatever it was, it did make her feel very good. She lifted the pendant and examined it closely.  "It's really pretty.  Won't you get lonely for your daddy if you give it away?"  This concerned her a lot.  She loved the necklace, but didn't want to take it if it meant Julia might suffer because she did.     "Nope, not at all." Julia smiled and took the one she was wearing and showed it to her and sneaking Nick a grin as she explained "I actually thought I had lost that one." She nodded at the original one "During a mission when I was saving our friend's... tail in a cliff climb.  He got this for me.. then went back and found it." Julia leaned in and compared the two... exact images including the intricate detail, and her voice was low as she spoke, as if the two were sharing a kind of secret "It has the same kind of... magic.  Can you tell?"   "And, dunno.. it kind of feels like my dad's helping you stay in touch with yours," she smiled quietly  "It's like he's sharing the.. " she couldn't name what it was about the necklace, but she was pretty sure Kat knew what she was talking about "You know?  He'd want you to use it to stay close to your dad.  My dad will use this." She dangled the end of her second cross with a little grin before dropping it back into her shirt.   [tag] <<P.S. a little reference to that mission in ep one where Julia saved Nick's ass ;) muhahahaha>>
