"I suppose it depends how much trouble you two manage to get into between
then and now," I replied. "I have to know I can trust my babysitters to put
you to bed on time...and keep you there!" I looked up as Ria entered the
room, "hey yourself, how are you feeling?"

"Fine. It's a lovely morning, don't you think." Ria said really evading the
question
at hand. It was a standard answer and for now, Ria hoped Rachel would
accept it
.
She did not want to delve into her feelings. She walked over to
the refrigerator grabbing a can of Coke and opening the cap. Rachel looked at
her disapprovingly, but Ria winked at Kat. "Somethings don't change. So, I
like my caffeine in the morning. How you doing Kitty Kat?" she asked smiling
broadly at the girl. The only signs of her weariness showing around her brown
eyes.
