"Home it is then." Nick said as they started walking out. "You didnt win and no I'm
not scared of what you have in mind to ask for." he got in then drove them back to
Angel Island.

Julia stood and leaned him a little "Just take me home so we can patch ourselves up."
Then her lips quirked as she teased "You sure I didn't win? Or are you scared of what
I might ask for as a prize?"
She gave the bartender a wave as they left. Some night, she thought as they made
their way to the car, Julia giving Nick a humorous look and waiting for his answer as
she got in and fastened her seatbelt, only to touch her head again and grimace.
