Reese looked over at Sam with an almost shocked expression. They had found
a diary -- and what it said was both bizarre and yet believable.

After all, Marissa thought, looking at her palms, did she follow the same
kind of whacked out logistics?

Was there really a group of people that Milo was a part of that were... well
a high classed Ghostbusters operation?

She chewed the bottom of her lip and looked at Sam, wanting her opinion
"What do you think of all of this? Could this really be the reason she
didn't want me involved with ... my father?"

The diary had gone into details of the friendships Milo had with some
people-including one mister Derek Rayne, and the dangers they faced on an
almost daily basis. Of how Sara had tried to get to a point that she could
accept Milo's stumbling upon helping the organization and his penchant for
getting into paranormal trouble, but had ultimately turned to resenting him.

Sara was Reese's mother... but she was obviously human and couldn't find the
strength to deal with it.

Reese looked at her watch and then back at Sam, noticing the time "Uh oh...
promise me you won't fall asleep in your eggs."

She got up, all dusty and dirty but with a few journals and papers in her
hands, and looked around. There was so much stuff to go through still, but
it was also getting close to time to meet at the restaurant.

"I'm sorry for keeping you up all this time.. I hadn't realized..."

Sam:
"I used to it," she said with a tired smile. "You me I'm a night owl
anyway." She was quiet for a moment thinking everything over. "I think
it's possible this stuff is true. Brady and Claire came up with some pretty
wild information about that Luna Foundation place and if I didn't know you
I'd say the stuff that happens is crazy, but I've seen it, so I know it's
not. She probably thought she was protecting you by not telling you.
Though, it seems like they'd be good people to talk to about your problem.

Sam
