Back to the car they go. He really wanted to know what the hell happend and
he would find out after they get her to her place. Nick nodded then handed
the keys over to Alex then got into the back with Rachel.

I slipped into the driving seat and started the engine, glancing in the rear
view mirror and watching as Rachel curled up childlike against Nick as her
sobs subsided. I pulled off and headed out of the grounds, wondering if this
was such a good idea after all...we already knew whatever was after her was
dangerous...but already she seemed calmer for being away from the house and
on her way home. "You ok back there?" I asked Nick, I hoped Id find medical
supplies at Rachel's home...maybe a mild sedative to help her sleep...or at
least make her stable enough for us to find out what was going on.
