He heard bits and pieces of what she was muttering but it didnt make any
kind of sence to him. He looked up and saw the look on Alex's face. She was
horrified and well he was getting to that point too. "Rach..." Nick said
looking back down at her. "we're here..."

My eyes snapped fully open. Home. I looked up at Nick and gave him a slow
warm smile, feeling a sudden wave of calm drift over me. "Thank you Nick," I
told him as I sat up, opening the car door and stepping out. "I'll be fine
now...thank you for bringing me," I said turning serenely towards the house
and slowly walking up the path. "Gotta make pancakes...Kat likes
pancakes..." I mumbled as I opened the door.

I got out of the car watching in bewilderment as her mood shifted so
dramatically. "What's going on here Nick?" I asked as he joined me, "we
can't leave her like this."
