'' > Derek: Derek returned her warm hug. "It's always a pleasure to see you," he told her and offered her a chair. He sat down and listened as she spoke taking the picture and nodding when she mentioned her parents. "I believe I met them at your graduation," he commented thoughtfully. As she continuted though he became completely dumbfounded. He stared at the young woman a chill running up his spine. "I'm sorry Megan, but I haven't the slightest idea what you are talking about. I do not recall ever saying such things." In fact, he was positive he never had discussed the Legacy with this woman. There was no reason to. He had sense that she had some sort of power, but she wasn't ready to deal with it at the time and he had let the subject drop completely. He ran a hand through his hair anxiously. Could he have told her all this and forgotten? He didn't think so, that wasn't like him, but the thought still nagged at him thoroughly. "It is admirable that you wish to dedicate your life to helping people, but are you certain the Luna Foundation is where you wish to be? I'm sure we could find something for you to do, you were always very apt with antiquities, but I never saw you persuing that as a career option." He had a millions questions to ask her. When had he told her these things, high among them, but he was so befuddle by the whole thing he needed time to sort things out in his head. Derek
