I looked at her for a moment, "why would you want to help me?" I asked her,
though I thought I could already answer that for myself. There was power
within the house, and to make even the slightest dent in their defenses
would require reinforcements...already in place were a number of interesting
twists, later I would take time to enjoy the creation but for now..."the
woman is of little concern," I replied, "a pawn...but sometimes the pawns
can be the most valuable piece in a game...sometimes they become queen."

The woman liked this one and nodded at the house before asking "Do you have
a personal item of the one you seek to destroy?"
She would be very interested in getting a look inside the house and this one
with her........ he had a desire to destroy someone that should not only
understand but 'taste', the feeling was so strong.

pawn she wanted out of her way'.
"We can help each other I believe. She stands in my way and something tells
me," the woman added with a slow lift of her brow as she waited for the
answer to what she asked "She just may be something you would want to.....
have for your own purposes."
