Derek:
Derek couldn't help but smile at her entrance. If she was true to form, it
should be one Hell of a story she had to tell, it usually was at any rate.
He frowned slightly at her question. "It might be easier to tell what
hasn't happened," he told her. "Let's go sit down." He led her to the
sitting room. "Can I get you anything?"
After they were both settled, Derek gazed at Kristen for a moment. This was
all very strange in itself, he thought. "One of my former students showed
up here taking all about the Legacy and visions he was having and about
Nick. The thing is I never told her anything about the Legacy or Nick.
That is probably the must unusual thing at the moment." He leaned forward
lowering his voice in case, Kat happened in. "There is someone stalking
Rachel and she seems to be having some sort of mental breakdown. Nick and
Alex are working on that. Then there's Edwin Lyons who has a strong
interest in one of our pieces of art, but i'm not exactly sure why." He
stopped. "Things have been rather busy around here."
