It would be all right.  She just had to wait for Derek to come back and watch Rachel while she waited.   Julia went to go check on Rachel and, seeing her still sleeping quietly, went back to the window.  It wasn't until she saw the flash of light that she flinched and brought her hands up to the pane and dug her nails in, inhaling sharply.   She wanted to run to the house and find out and looked at Rachel's bedroom before looking back at the main house and the window the light had come from.  And there wasn't a damn phone out here either.   "Come on Derek," she whispered, closing her eyes for a moment and putting her forehead against the glass "be safe.."
