"No of course not, come in," he replied straightening himself and standing
up as she entered the room. He put his glass down on the desk.
Kat looked at him a little shyly. They hadn't really said anything to each
other all day. "Hi," she said quietly.
"Hello Kat," he said his voice pleasant.
Julia let Kat down and greeted Milo before sitting in one of the chairs near
the desk and smiling at Derek before looking at Kat and tugging her back
gently to sit in front of her.
"We've come to bug you." she started with a grin, looking at the two men and
asking curiously "Something happen?"
There was a lack of ..... hmm, stress maybe? in their expressions. Did they
already get information about the painting?
