"It doesn't have to be," he told her honestly. "I can find something else."
He wasn't so sure of that, but he was happy to give it up for her and would
do it even though it would mean giving up part of himself.
"How about if I promise to cross that bridge when I come to it and to not
worry about it until I have to?"
Julia smiled wobbily and stroked his cheek "Deal."
What in the world did she do to deserve him? She hoped he wouldn't be made
to make that choice.
"I love you." she couldn't help but murmur softly before voicing her thought
"Don't know what I did to luck out with you but I'm glad I did.
"Or," she added with quiet humor "I'm glad someone typo'd something up There
so that I did."
