OOC: Um...sure except what she slipped on Milo's plate when he wasn't
looking.:-)

Sam:
Sam grinned at him. "Hang around Reese long enough and you're bound to see
them again. She has got to be the original junk food junkie." She took a
bite of her own cup cake and gave Kat a curious look. "Are we going to
school this week," she asked curiously.

Kat:
"Yep," she replied as she peeled the icing off of her cake, eating it a
piece at a time.

Sam:
Sam frowned slightly, it was sort of late. The kid really should be in bed
by now, but it wasn't really her place to do or say anything. After all, in
the past all that got her was in trouble. However, Julia wasn't around now
and now taht Sam thought about it, she'd never seen the kid's mother. That
puzzled her a bit. She wasn't Derek's, she'd asked him and all he said was
that she was the child of a friend, but where was this friend. "Does your
mom know you're up this late?"

Kat:
Kat shook her head. "She's sick right now and can't stay home right now."

Sam:
"Oh I sorry to hear that. Well, that answered at least one of her zillions
of questions. Now, she just wanted to know what was wrong witht he woman,
but she decided it best not to ask Kat.

Kat:
"I'm s'posed to get ready for bed after dinner," the little girl explained.
And she was doing everything in her power to make sure that dinner took as
long as humanly possible. Of course the only one around to boss her around
at the moment was Jonathan and didn't usually do that. So, she wasn't too
worried about it.

Sam:
Sam smiled and turned her green eys to Milo. "So, don't they have this kind
of stuff in London?" She was eager to find out what the man wanted to
discuss with her, but again she figured it was not a subject appropriate for
Kat's ears, whatever it was.
