"Yep," Kat replied finishing off her juice in a rush. "I just have to get
my books." She raced out of the kitchen and upstairs to her room wondering
where her math book took off too. Sometimes she thought it had legs of it's
own.
Derek:
"Have a good day," he called after as she fled from the kitchen.
Kat:
Kat called back over ehr shoulder, "I will!"
Derek:
Derek then turned to Julia. "I better go catch up with Nick before he turns
in." He put down his coffee and kissed her goodbye. "No speeding in that
thing," he told her as he headed for the stairs.
