Reese's first remark did nothing to improve Sam's mood. Who was she got be
giving orders like that after worrying her friends sick? "Looking for you,"
Sam informed her her voice not dropping much in volume at all. "For the
last five and a half hours! I called the police and they told me they
couldn't do anything until you'd been gone 24 hours and I figured they'd be
dragging hte bay for you by then. So, I've been out searching on my own. I
was going to call Milo, but I didn't have the guts to tell him you'd gone
missing!"
