The commotion between Nick and Alex caught his attention and he glanced at
them, quickly turning his full attention back to the vampire holding Milo.
"Alex," he said in a warning tone, "don't do this."
He then spoke to the one standing before him again. "This is your last chance to let him go." Not-Claire sneered "Or what?"
Just then one of his/her servants returned, only to report
that Mahel was dead and the woman missing.
Not-Claire hissed and took a step back, holding the man in
her/his grasp roughly, like a shield.
"Kill them!" She/he ordered.
The Vampires rushed toward the ones they were ordered to
kill, faces showing inhuman predatory hunger.
