Nick took the chance Derek gave him, focusing on getting
Milo away. He would leave the artifact to Derek to deal with.
So, taking an almost football stance he waited for the
chance and then launched himself out and right into Milo, sending him and the
older man falling into another batch of panicking vampires and to the
floor.
"Hurry up Derek!" he then yelled back as he helped pick
Milo up and started sprinting toward the same exit Alex had taken "Kill it and
let's blow this popcicle stand!"
