"Yes, I think I will," he told her. He was curious about these other
guests. It didn't seem a good time for any outsiders to be around.
Julia rolled her eyes "Figures. Well you can come as far as decency can go
then you'll just have to press your ear to the door or something. I'm not
into showing off ladies that could very well still be in the shower.
At the answer from the door Julia gave him a warning look and then opened
the door, seeing both women on the bed.
"How is she?" Julia asked, coming in and nodding back once at Sloan "Sam
this is William Sloan, Sloan this is Sam and her friend Reese, guests.
Reese stirred at Julia's touch and gave her a half grin "Can I have that
tub?"
Then she looked at the door, flopped a hand in greeting and then looked back
at Julia "Where's Pops?"
Julia chuckled at her question and shrugged "Sure, why not. And he's on his
way with Derek and the others. Everything's fine."
She slid a look over to Sam when she said the last part, letting her know
that the person that had come calling with her wasn't in the loop as to what
was going on.
"And when you're ready we can drive you over to your place to pick up
clothes and whatever else you might need to spend a night or two, just to
make sure Reese is okay."
