Derek was a bit astonished that Julia had known about his injury.  He knew
she had some sort of gift, but he didn't think it was the Sight.  There were
no indications of that.  "A lot of people have episodes of precognition from
time to time," he said gently.  "Particularly if they are close to the
person in question.  I'm sorry I had you so worried."

At her confession about Sloan he chuckled.  "He'll get over it, I'm sure."

He was still smiling with amusement when the bomb was dropped on hims.
"What?"  She couldn't have said what he thought she just said.  He became a
bit flustered, "You found Megan in here?"  He was flabberghasted to say the
least.  He stood and moved over ther, putting his hands on her shoulders and
standing behind her.  "Julia, I'm sorry, I had no idea anything like this
would happen.  I'll have a talk with her."
