He had finished calling the Council members, knowing full
well Derek wouldn't be pleased about it but also knowing that the longer they
waited on dealing with the situation with Julia, the more damaging it could be
towards her.
Now.. next thing to do would be to call Franklin
Cross.
And he was in no mood to have anyone walk in on him while
he spoke to the Head investigator.
So he left the Control Room in search of a private room to
use his cell phone in... and ended up outside in the
