Derek closed his arms around her and drew her close to him.
"I won't." he promised kissing the top of her head. And he made a mental
note not to ever do it again. All that was required really, to keep him
from doing it. He also decided never to listen to Sloan again, the man was
clearly insane.
Julia sighed as his arms settled around her and she closed her eyes.
"You don't have to marry me tonight, you know." she murmured, laying her
cheek against his shoulder and holding him as close as he was her.
