"Sure, the more the merrier." Alex agreed. So far it was she and Nick in
Julia's UV and now it was Philip and Kristin. Still plenty of room for
others if Rachel or Barbara came.
She looked at the two women with a questioning expression as they neared the
front door.
Rachel was getting tired and as much as she was trying to fight it, she knew
that she shouldn't push herself. So she declined and gave her daughter a
kiss, leaving her with Alex and Nick with instructions on being good and
eating her green vegtibles.
She then kissed Alex on the cheek "Tell the both I thought it was absolutely
beautiful."
"And don't forget to fasten your seatbelt." Rachel called out to Kat as she
turned, the nurse suddenly there as if she had been hanging around nearby
and they headed toward the kitchen to go out the backway to the gatehouse.
Barbara for her part went back to the earlier conversation she had been
having with Nick "Now.. about this thing called pool..."
