Cassandra Malloy of the New York Legacy House arrived in the wee hours of the morning, having gotten the information about the hotel from Jonathan when she called to speak with Sloan about preparations.   With her was Marcum of the Ontario Legacy House.    The Tribunal was complete.   Now it was just a matter of time before it would be time to weight the evidence provided and make a judgment.
