Silently, Amber prayed nothing would go wrong to have them discovered, and
she tried to control her breathing, which, in Amber's ears, sounded loud
enough for everyone to hear.  "If we get caught," she whispered, "I'm dead
meat."

Julia blinked, spotting the closet door... and knowing it hadn't been
opened, even at that small of an angel, previously.  She squeezed Derek's
hand to get his attention, not wanting to draw the others' with what she
saw.

She knew it hadn't been that way before, and there was no reason for any of
them to have gone into it.
