Derek shook his head at her slowly. "I set all of that up Julia, I hoped
that they would use everything they could against me. There was a reason
for all of that and you certainly should not feel any sort of guilt about
that."
He took a deep breath before addressing her second question. "The worst
case won't happen," he assured her. "They have to have some proof for that.
"At the most, they will decide that you are no longer a member of the
Legacy. But they can't harm you. They could also see to it that Amelia
would never be apart of the organization. But they won't, I feel confident
that things will work out."
