Frowning, her gaze met Jane's. "Everyone was completely taken in by her, Jane. They wouldn't even begin to suspect this..." her voice trailed off, her eyes dark with concern.
"Don't count them out just yet." Jane said in that way she usually had that spoke of an Ace in the hole "But we need to focus on something else." She looked at Kristin and the others "First, you might want to get Nick in here so we can get to work, and then we'll start."
