Pushing her hair behind her ear, she let out a soft sigh. "I guess I'd better go make sure I have all the important stuff ready to go--I bet Nick is just chomping at the bit to get home."
The older woman knew about her almost quitting the Legacy but let that go, seeing as it was a moot point. She did, though, say somewhat humorously, although her tone while being humorous tended to always come out as if she were thoughtful about the subject "He did say something about saving Twinkies."
