"Morning." Julia greeted Kristin, only to excuse herself as the phone rang to go answer it.

She picked up the headset from where she had put it yesterday and put it on "Luna Foundation, Julia Rayne speaking."

Julia turned and was heading toward the refrigerator when Frank spoke.

"It's Frank.  Sorry to call so early." the detective said.  Julia stopped in front of the sink and looked out the window as she spoke, reaching for a glass so that she could get some milk.

"No problem.  What's up?"

"It's about Megan."

Julia stilled "Okay... what about her?"

"We're interviewing her in a couple of hours with a psychiatrist and we usually inform the victim or victims involved in case.. well in case they want to view behind the glass."

The 'glass' was the one-way window that looked like a mirror to the one being questioned, so that they couldn't see who was on the other side, in a room next to theirs, while the questioning progressed.

Julia remembered what Derek said, about wanting to make sure Megan got the help she needed if she were truly ill and looked down at her hands and forcing them to relax from the grip she suddenly had on the edge of the sink.

She could call Rachel and have her watch and listen, to make sure Megan was either ill or just...

"Would it be okay if I brought someone myself?" she asked quietly, turning to look at Derek as Frank spoke.

"I kind of figured you'd want to bring Rachel in so I've gotten it cleared."

"What time...?"

Frank gave her the time and place.

"We'll be there." Julia said before they hung up.

She moved the headset to sit around her neck and leaned against the counter, chewing her bottom lip.  There was enough time still to make sure the others were off and then find out if Amber were planning on visiting her new school or not and drop her off if she were.

She should call Rachel and make sure the other woman had time to go to the station with her....
