Julia looked at Kristin with a crooked grin "Could you tell Amber to catch up with me in Derek's office? I think she was thinking of visiting the campus before she had to start classes but wanted to make sure about her plans. That and get her some temporary wheels until her car gets here. I made arrangements to get it here and it'll be about a week before it gets here."
Once she reached Derek's office she sat in his chair, taking a deep steadying breath before pressing the button for the speaker phone and dialing Rachel's number. When the other woman answered, Julia greeted her and then asked "Do you have anything planned in a couple of hours?"
